Sorry, have taken another two-week break from posting here as I finish my third film in less than two years (Josh Charles narrating this one), while nailing down major public TV airings for my current one—just as my first doc gets an encore screening at Rio where it won top prize last year (see below to watch online for free). So the usual collection of political cartoons follows, after new music from 1) Amanda Shires (been big fan of her and hubby Jason Isbell for quite awhile and now she adds my beloved raptor to the mix and 2) Sharon Van Etten (she has finally hit the top ten with new album, though I prefer her earlier, somewhat quieter, work).
