But first, Bob Dylan shocked fans and even lukewarm observers by returning to his Never Ending Tour in Milwaukee last night by playing almost his entire Rough & Rowdy Ways album, rather than the usual mix of oldies with some newer material. Here’s the audio of nearly all of it (54 minutes). Meanwhile, below that, U2 return with their first new song in three years—from an animated movie.
