Cartoons Wednesday!
Special Gaza-Israel-Hamas edition. Plus: My "Atomic Cover-up" film comes to PBS.
Happy to report that my recent award-winning film “Atomic Cover-up” has just been launched by PBS via their national web site (PBS.org) and all of their apps for phones, Apple TV etc. It will also begin appearing over PBS stations this weekend, in different areas on different nights. This is the “short” version of the film (27 minutes) which focuses on the American side of the story. The companion book of the same name is still available, of course, as a paperback and e-book.
Watch the film via PBS site at link. Or start with trailer:
And here is the main web site for the film with comments by dozens of notable writers and film directors. Let me know what you think of the film, which was produced by Suzanne Mitchell (no relation), if you watch. And you can still subscribe to this newsletter for free.
Now for a few political cartoons—from around the world—on the current Middle East tragedy. If you have not, you can still subscribe to this newsletter for free.
Outstanding work. Unfortunately the Western governments don't give a hoot about human rights or international law, but at least millions of people are waking up to that fact. Thank you for your work.
Watched the PBS program, it is powerful Greg, cried and forced myself to stay with it. As the world sleeps on the brink of nuclear war, hope it can make a serious dent in public awareness.
