"Old Man/River": Another beautiful vignette of gold, orange and azure. Sorry to state the obvious--and most likely I'm a bit slow--but finally realized that ALL your amazing photos show the possibility of beauty in a world gone wrong. (And yes, Happy Birthday, Bob!)
Enjoyed watching Only in Monroe. The quotes by Amy Siskind, and especially Megan Stack and Ian Bremmer. Cartoons (especially Brodner, Kemensky, Horsey, Hawn (?), and Ohman). Neil Young. Dylan (loved Time Out of Mind).
The cartoons, alongside your carefully curated video clips and your rapier wit and generous callbacks always brighten my day. I would like a special fallout to Goris for the ballroom cartoon, it made me actually laugh loud enough that Mrs Fathead wanted to know what was so funny

Happy Birthday, Bob
Difficult to understand Bezos' manic tRUMP love
Despite politics, I am one of those who still use Amazon
Been using them ever since they expanded from selling books
I get items delivered within hours for free and have refunds issued within hours
For my personal convenience, it is a godsend
Branhall's political cartoon is particularly nice as are all of them, certainly help dealing
with the toxic political atmosphere
Thank you, Greg for another enjoyable column
you are welcome, like Lou Gehrig, hard to take a day off
This column is always a treat to read!
I can’t tell you how much I envy you for that view!

Thanks so much for sharing Colbert's show!!!!!
actually I was one day late (high standards here)
The Gilded cage cartoon is both brutal and brilliant. God, I hope I live long enough to see this man in jail.
I hope the Bloated Yam lives long enough to find itself in jail.
Terrific as usual. Many thanks for satire, photos, and music.
